Yellow flash in camera

Pag nilagyan ko ng flash yung camera nagiging yellow instead of white?or may prob po tlga toh?

Hi iceice22. Is it too yellow ba or yellowish? Normal lang na yellowish sya dahil yan sa real tone/dual tone flash.

Yellowish siya when i open flash in camera, i'm using zenfone 4 max. Normal lng po ba tlga toh or wait nlng po ako sa update

I have the same issue. Kung kailangan mo gumamit ng flash, go on PRO mode and adjust WB to 4250K. Nde n magiging yellowish pics mo.

Thanks po sa tips and guide sir, how about po sa front cam? May alternative apps po ba para mawala din yung yellowish pics?

I think this is a bug with the max 4.  
I thought the casing was the issue. Removed the casing and its still very yellow.  Only solution is to go manual mode and adjust white balance to 4000k.
The casing also has an issue with flash. Its reflecting the light and causing issue with the lens so you end up with a washed out picture.

Dr Zen, same din ng kabibili kong zenfone 4 max (gold), yellow ang kuha nyang picture pag naka auto at flash and pag HD naman, malabo din ang pic na kuha, parang hindi HD. Mas malinaw pa kuha ng 4mega pixel, hindi sya properly naka focus, pag zoom mo, pixelized na sya. Pls fix this asus. But yung zenfone 4 na black na binili ng anak ko, wala namang probs sa camera.
