Sounds Went Low

Hello. I would like to report that after the latest update, my friend's auntie personally came to me to report that her Z4 Max's sounds significantly went low after the update. We barely could hear her smartphone in a crowd, which wasn't the case before. I've already did all the necessary troubleshooting, even played with Audio Wizard, and even the outdoor mode was low. Thank you.

Is the phone on firmware 14.2016.1708.158?
Have you tried it under "safe mode"?
In safe mode, only the factory pre-installed applications will be loaded.

Yes, it's on that system version. Many have reported that after the update the audio were lowered compare to that of before the update.
