Unlocked bootloader cannot be re-locked officially.
Plus it also voids the warranty..

Why is zenfone 4 max doesn't have full features of zenUI 4.0? Lol

It should be able to, provided there isn't a lot of light pollution in the area. Your camera settings in Pro Mode should be:

ISO 3200
32 seconds exposure
Focus slider set to infinity

Intel's support for their mobile devices have ended, unfortunately. So right now we can only expect some critical security patches for Intel mobile devices. However you will still get Play Store-based ZenUI app updates for new features on your ZenFone Zoom.
