PLEASE HELP ME !!!

My asus z00ud is totally out...

it's cont. boot again and again so i do some experiment and try to update firmware from sd card.. but unsuccessfull...

then i try adb sideload

error :
Can't install this M package (    11    11   04:15:46 CST 201)
L less than 20160426 build (     11    14  00:47:09 CST 201).
E:Error in /sideload/package.zip
(Status 7)
E: fota_return_code 409
Installation aborted.


what should i do ... please help me with this ...

Thanks for your reply ... please help me with this so i can download and install it on my system via fastboot or adb make way dear. . .

is it possible to fix it by myself. . . because in my place there isn't any ASUS service center...

What is your device build number ?

Settings => About => Software Information

Follow this method https://www.asus.com/support/faq/1009748


First update to latest Android Lollipop version which is above or higher than WW_1.14.40.695 (WW only)


then Factory reset then reboot if not boots up then wipe cache partition.


If the above first work you might have to visit Service Center locate nearest from above link.

In service center they told me that motherboard corrupt need to change the motherboard... and i m not understanding how it's possible... anyway ...

There may be sim issue.

Can you please try to check with another sim?

Also you can try the same sim and check with another device.

Check the network in your locality.

sim is working in other devices... can u please provide me latest firmware with recovery....

i mean i need recovery.img and system.img for same firmware...
