front camera RGB lines

Greetings

As of today, for no reason I quite understand, the photos or videos from my main camera are now very lagged and have RGB

I have reset the photo app

here enclose a photo

the selfie camera works like a charm

any idea

thank you very much for your assistance.
I have been into the settings of my device then storage, then cached datas, then erase all cached data
then I have rebooted the device
then launch the camera..
still the same RGB lines

any other ideas?

I have also removed the updates of the camera application

now version is 2.0.65.2_160615_1

same problem

I have tried a SMMI Test single test on the camera
1st time photo is taken but still RGB lines and laggy
2nd try photo is only green
3rd time same as 1st one

is that a physical problem with my camera?

follow these steps and see if it works

1) reboot into safe mode

2) Perform SIMMI test

I have followed the procedure 1 & 2

at the camera test, still the same RGB problem.. does that mean it is a hardware problem?

Have you tried doing a factory data reset? Remember to back up your files before doing so. For instructions, please refer to the link below:

If nothing works, I would suggest to send the phone to your nearest repair center for check ups

ok I have done a factory reset and nothing changed !!

I guess that's the camera hardware that have a problem !! unfortunatly phone is no more under warranty

any tutorial to change the back camera?
