Device manager to allow apps

Hi sreehari,

Do you mean to say you want to install apps manually i.e. outside Play Store ?
Settings => Security => Turn on Unknown Sources and use Asus File Manager to install apps.

Its recommended to install apps from trusted sources only like Play Store.

I did that already but my device manager has a find my device so that is allowing to install apps so that i cant install apps something is missing inmy device manager is not allowing apps i have find my device its only allowing apps from filemanager

The firmware version should be WW SKU. Kindly state your version clearly.

WW_ZC553KL_14.0200.1710.336 is the latest FOTA for ZC553KL.

Kindly update your device and check if the issue persist.

As this is the new FOTA, we recommend you to always factory reset the device after the device is updated.
