How to perform factory reset?

Note: After RESET, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.

a. WHEN DEVICE IS ON
1. Tap "Backup & reset" in "Settings".
   


2. Tap "Factory data reset".
   


3. If your phone is protected by password, you have to enter your Pattern, PIN, or Password. Tap "Reset phone".
   


4. Tap "Erase everything" to confirm.
   



b. WHEN DEVICE IS OFF
1. Make sure the device is turned off with more than 10% of battery life.
    Press power key and volume up key simultaneously for 3-5 seconds to access Update (Droidboot) Mode.
   

2. Select "FACTORY RESET" by using volume up / volume down key, and then press power key to confirm.
   


3. The device will begin factory reset process.
