Note:
Keep landscape mode with device hw buttons on the right side or in case of crash, browser will start flashing on screen until force close browser app.
Don't forget is android device so don't expect desktop like experience.
"Second screen" apps and "GravityBox" Xposed module can change device resolution and dpi on the fly and enable aosp navbar, so you can have fullHD with HW buttons working for more desktoplike web surfing.
