[HELP] CAMERA FLASH IS NOT WORKING

I have problem about my laser, I notice one of my camera Led flash is not working, i try to take a picture at night (also tried in morning) because i want to try the dual led flash and how the camera is good, but something wrong the color orange or button ledflash is not working, its normal or get defected phone. Thank you. please someone also Test if your camera flash both working.. Contact me, before the is not the end of my warranty.

As white LED is the main LED light, the orange led light might not be clearly visible.

you could try to cover the white led light(which is placed in upper position) and take a pic again.

thanks for the reply, i already tried cover the white led light, take a picture only flash is working, is this normal? i already compare to other phone the same also, but i compare it day time so i think orange flash will not work

In my phone sometimes it is working sometime its not working

my camera flash, the picture after taking a picture of it is  having like a yellow colored picture. please let me know on any setting or update for this issue of mine. thanks

For my zaenfone 2 551 also same problem... can tou provide manual led flash control so than we can use single led double led as we wish..

I updated my phone but problem is not fixed. In my phone camera yellow flash sometimes it is working sometime its not working

my Asus Zenfone 2 Laser 550KL s  flash led did not working when i  captured the photos at the night or day while the flash light option is on sill it not work what should i do . is any settings  for it pls tel me.  

At night there se access flash ...wch makes the pic to bright what shud i do
