Password reset to app lock

App lock password not able to reset. Tried with Google even though entered correct details it keeps on saying incorrect details.

bro just format your fone or uninstall all upgate of asus launcher

Please go to droidboot mode(the tutorial link:http://www.asus.com/zentalk/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=5564) and factory reset your phone.Since it is a security issue,all your data will be lost.
If you don't want your data to be lost,please visit nearest ASUS  servicing centre with all your details of purchase and the payment bill.keep imei no. handy.
They will solve the problem.

you have to login to the registered account to reset the password set to lock the app, during login you need to enter registered account details.

Update your Asus launcher , you should get a forgot password option to be setup with your Google account.

Try the Google account which you have set as backup account, if you can't remember then factory reset in settings no need to enter droid boot.
