Notification not working for every app

I tried everthing -
sound notification
Auto start manager
But notification not working for
Gmail
TOI news app
Concur notification
And many more
Please me to resolve this issue

I will move this question to discussion>ZE551ML, becuase it is a product issue. Thank you.

Initially try wipe cache partition, Clear data and cache of apps, force stop apps, Boot into safe mode and check if issue persists.
Then try this and reply
1)Check whether the apps notification is blocked or not
  Settings>Sound & notiification>App notifications
2) Click Notification access>Check ASUS Launcher if you are using it or other launcher which you are using
3) Settings>Do not disturb>When calls and notifications arrive> check Always allow
4)Settings>Battery> click 3 dots on tpo right>Apps power usage details>click different apps and check the power management section uncheck prevent device from being waked up and Prevent the device from keeping awake
5) Open Auto start manager and allow some apps whose notifications are important for you
6)When you set screen security for lock screen. for example if you select pattern as screen lock. after the pattern is confirmed.There a settings screen will pop up and is given below. check Show all notification content
If no luck factory reset the device and check if that too not works visit the service center
