Why do you think you need an "original"?  Any USB cable will work as long as you use your original wall charger.

about 1 month ago my original cable went off and i was thinking the same thing: is it possible to buy a new asus cable? but you dont need it,because non-original cable does not affect fast charging. But if the non-original cable does mess up the battery, i have no idea

You do need the original cable. This damned phone is very picky. I plug in my brand new samsung galaxy usb cable into the zenfone and it reboots! Its very picky. Even though it clicks tight, it doesn't like samsung, nor aukey usb cables. Some generic cables are good for charging, but not data. Why such a picky phone???
Anyways, check ebay and alibaba. I have bought extra asus cables.

You need to go e-shop.asus in your country site you can find it there. Or mail to asus they will help you to buy. I bought adaptor and cable from asus

You can purchase datacable designed for ac charging.  There are couple of them in amazon.in

You can get original cable through ASUS center at around 300rs and with the wall charger it would cost approx 1200rs.
