caller id function not working

dear all,              in my asus zenfone 2 550ml i am unable to enable the caller id function. when i am calling to others they are unable to see my number. and i am also receiving calls from unknown numbers.eventhough i enabled show my number to all in the caller id function. my number is not visible to any one.plese solve this issue. please tell me some tips to solve this issue.

it cant be as caller id is can only be disabled when nw supports through subscription based on select reason and vip are usually enabling it to protect their identity.

Check if any other nw also have the same issue.

No phone can enable or disable caller id. Can you post a screenshot of this.

i am sending caller id setting attachments sir please check it i installed ringo application. but when i it is making verification call it is saying that please turn on caller id function we are unable to verify your number due not turning on the caller id.

That's a third party app issue, probably nothing to do with ZenFone 2. I think you should ask the developer of the app to add compatibility.

Reset the phone and only contact add, no other app,  then watch problem is there

My Asus Zenfone selfie also have this problem. cant enable the Coller ID option. How can  I fix it? ZenUI Dialer & contacts already updated to version 4.5.
