1. Please make sure you have the latest software installed on your phone and PC. phone: (Remote Link 1.2a.0.150730)
PC: (ASUS Smart Gesture 4.3.6)
2. If it still failed after step 1: Please run the patch file "restart_server.bat" with administrator rights on your PC and connect again. 3. If it still failed after step 2: - For Bluetooth connection Please unpair the paired devices on both sides. (PC and phone) Follow the link below to pair again: - For WiFi connection Go to next step
4. If it still failed after step 3: If all fails...restart your PC and phone.
5. If it still failed after step 4: Launch the debug tool to generate log files.
