The update is dog shit. All my Imei settings are gone now. And some asus support idiot told me it's a hardware issue. And not the firmware update total useless custom support. Will be sticking with Samsung from now on.

i also have a problem about the update 7.1.1 my zenfone 3 max 5.5 battery drains faster and i cant even play a single video in my gallery.. I also cant transfer files from my external storage to my phone storage... Please help guys....  

Hi also mine with zenfone 3 max zc553kl..the back,home and recent apps buttons are not working..it only vibrates everytime you press but nothings happened..please help..thanks

I just updated My Asus Zenfone 3 Max 5.5 today and had a bug about DATA Connection. From 4G it became to H+. My friends told me to restart and it gotten worse. It can no longer connect to the internet using DATA. Please advise how to fix this.
