How do I go back to previous version..currently running Android 7.1.1 on Zenfone 3...I can't even make a call let alone take a picture everything is so slow ASUS HELP!!!

Asus why cant you fix those bug problem for zenfone 3 zoom? Camera and gallery and alot apps keep crashing
