Asus Zenfone 3 (ZE520KL) notification bar fail

Hello. After the last firmware update, on my ZE520KL the status/notification bar doesn't work. Only in landscape, or on the lock screen. Please help me.

I did on my phone a factory reset, at first looks like good. @Sneaky, what do you mean by "provide a screen"?
