You can change this setting either on ZenWatch or paired device.

On ZenWatch
1. Tap [Settings].

2. Tap [Always-on screen] to disable or enable this function.

On Paired device
1. Open "Android Wear" app and tap gear icon.

2. Select your device.

3. Tap "Always-on screen" to disable or enable this function.
