I am an ASUS fan from Malaysia and i love ASUS very much.

network setting shd hv 3G/4G as usually best signal is 2G and the available option of 2G/3G /4G results in 2g getting coonected.

hi my phone is 3 months old and is in the state of lemon,,,battery is not charging and freezes on occasions ,,,have to restore it to default settings in boot mode in order to boot it....need some advice how to fix it asap

Hi I purchased in April a Zenfone 2 ZE55O ML for my son.

We live in Australia and are on the Vodafone Network

When we bought the phone we inserted the sim card in sim 1 slot (data slot) and the phone recognised the sim card.

Just recently there have been two OTA system updates.

Since the updates the sim card is no longer recognised in sim1.

The phone only recognises sim 2 which is 2G Network

Does anyone have any suggestions.

We have done a factory reset without success.

Does any one know when this problem will be resolved.

When is there likely to be a firmware update to fix this problem.

We are currently running firmware V 2.19.40.23
Android 5.0

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
