Android 6.0 Marshmallow is scheduled to roll out via FOTA update for ZenFone 2 Laser ZE550KL (Laser 5.5-inch) on June 6, 2016. Here are the details:

【Release Notes】

• Software update to Android 6.0 Mashmallow. Internal storage will decrease slightly after update, it is recommended back up data and relocate media files (pictures & vides) to SD card to reserve enough storage before starting the software update.
• Android Marshmallow won't support APP2SD. Please move apps to internal storage before system upgrades.
• Multi-user function won't be supported if the account is deleted. Please keep your account to continue usage.
• The apps listed below will no longer be pre-loadeded once your device has been upgraded to Android 6.0 (Marshmallow).

M using 550kl n I can't update the latest M version,it says error occured every time I try to update,my version is 1708

And my 550kl is not showing update notification at all... I have tried updating by downloading the firmware on my PC from the official website of Asus. Please help as I want to use marshmallow soon.  

i had and notification to update my system. i started the update and during the downloading period, a accidentally restated my phone, now i can't update. if if i go settings>about>system update, it does nothing.

After updating ZenFone 2 Laser ZE550KL with V21.40.1220.1615 firmware, I am not getting any further update from Asus. Any firmware I am downloading is unable to install. I need VOLTE update ASAP. Please suggest solution.

try to reinstall the fone by doing factory reset then try to update hope it might help to get the update after the phone is fresh from bugs n glitches
