As per your Screenshots, you have wrongly placed the Firmware into root>sdcard>Download. It should be copied to root>sdcard path. Then only you will get the same notification. Do not extract anything. If you don't get the notification then just restart your device, you will certainly get the notification.

Don't extract.

Move the full .zip file from the Downloads folder to root > sdcard
