i have asus zenfone 2 ze550ml i have downloaded the update file and placed it directly in the internal storage then rebooted my device but no pop up message appeared..what help me out

I have followed the instructions and placed the Android M zip file in the sdcard root. I have restarted several times but I don't get the notification.

Rename the file as UL-Z00A-WW-4.21.40.134-user.zip

Then reboot.
