Yes, but only Adding filter,enhancing(Tune image) etc.
Photo manipulation is not allowed like erasing some part of the photo,healing tool,adding more object.
If you saw someone doing this at our zenphoto you can report the thread/post of that account

Yes its still possible but make sure that photo still has a Exif/metadata details cause one of thr important things on this contest is the internal information of the photo you've uploaded. Like what device you've been use on that photo, when was taken the photo and etc. Please read our full mechanics to know more.

any recommended app or site na pang check ng EXIF??? mahilig kc ako mag-enhance ng mga picture lik ...

Almost of the photo editor applications will wipeout the metadata/exif of the photo specially on multi-edit.
So be carefull of everything.
Based on my experience these apps most likely will not wipe the photo info:
Snapseed,
Vsco cam,
Adobe photoshop touch(PSTouch)
Adobe photoshop express,
Adobe lightroom.
These applications can be found at google playstore except PSTouch, you'll need to find this at google search apk.

One last thing, photo editing is highly stricted on this contest, such as layering,double.exposure or adding flying objects,however add filter or filter effects and tune image are recommended and allowed.

As long as that photos are not yet entries in any photo ontest here at zentalk.
