【ZenFone 2 ZE551ML】Android 6.0 Marshmallow update

I havevupdated to Marshmallow, but now LED blinks always in lock screen even if there is no new messages or mail or notification from any App. Please help

Follow the exact procedure mentioned in the post.
Do not put file into any directory of internal memory and also do not extract it, let it be zipped format.
System will automatically detect the file without reboot and give notification as "System Update File Detected".
Now, just click the notification, select the update file and press OK.
Rest will be taken care automatically.
It will take around an hour to complete the procudre. (I had 242 apps to optimize)

This is getting ridiculous we are approaching November and there is still no FOTA Marshmallow update. I have just checked my system update and there is a new system update which is an update security patch and to improve system stability but no sign of Marshmallow. I'm fast coming round to the conclusion that the ZenFone 2 will never get a FOTA update to Marshmallow in just the same way that Asus has failed to produce the promised upgrade to Lollipop 5.1. I've had my ZenFone 2 for a year now and I get the feeling that Asus are going to push the ZenFone 3 onto ZenFone 2 users in order to get Marshmallow and therefore force people to upgrade. I won't support those tactics, if promised upgrades to ZenFone 2 users are not being forthcoming then why should I carry on supporting Asus by upgrading to a ZenFone 3? I shall continue to use my ZenFone 2 until January and then look to upgrade to a manufacturer who supports their customers and doesn't lie to them!!! 

I followed the instructions but there is nothing in the notification bar.... Can anybody help me out?

updated to V2.20.40.196  via the System Update i have Download and copy ...

I updated my phone last night (10/12/2016), I downloaded the ZIP file on my phone, so it normally saves it under DOWNLOADS, so using FileExplorer I had to move it from DOWNLOADS to the /INTERNAL STORAGE/SDCARD

Now, keep in mind that this is NOT the MicroSD card, this is just how the internal storage is labeled.

After doing so, it wouldn't show on the notification bar, so I restart my phone, it booted up and then the notification appeared.
Then I apply the update, it took about 30 minutes, no issues, no troubles, now I am running Android 6.0

It was written earlier by smebody else that you should Restart your Mobile

Restart your phone and then it will apear a notification about Detecting a new update.

Hi. I done the same as you. Moved the .zip file to Internal Storage. Rebooted the phone. The notification appeared. Instaling Updates Started and then it stopped and shown Error and an a lying down Android.
What should I do?
I repeated the procedure, and the same happened.
