Description: Battery Drain so fast after update to Android Oreo

Hello asus / zentalk friends.

So I use this Zenfone about 2 months. During those 2 months I used the updated Nougat OS and I get 2 days power in 1 charging. Then later some time soon there is already an update Oreo for Zenfone 3 Zoom. Then I update to Oreo. With the same list of apps, no new apps or additional background services. I only get less than 1 day endurance in 1 charging. This makes me have to bring a charger / power bank to charge this Asus Zenfone 3 Zoom. Do you feel it too?

I am waiting for another update to solve this problem.

Thank you

Thank you for this. I find it astounding that Asus refuses to provide recovery images on their site, even when asked. I don't know if I'll get another Zenphone, because that's such a basic support issue.

Well, I try wipe data and wipe cache in recovery mode. and reinstall phone still in Oreo.
and I doing some analysis, something wrong with "Tokopedia" application when I make this application run on boot. It consume resource so high, make my phone battery drain so fast.
After disable run on boot. the phone back to normal, now in Oreo my phone can life longer again. I don't now what else factor can make my phone drain so fast, but I just disable run on boot that application

Thanks for your attention before @saktis_impreza
