I have a Zenfone 5z ( zs620kl ) and after a restart, i dont have more signal, i have 2 chips from 2 different operators, and no one of them works, and this 2 chips works perfectly in another fone !

So i have read her in zentalk, that a lot of other persons of varius countrys have the same problem, my says that " turn off airplane mode to make a call ", but the airplane mode is not activated.

I already tried so many steps, like reset several times, factorys resets, take out the chips and put them again, but still not working, always showing no service on both chips, i saw here that asus launched a firmware, called Versão WW-90.10.138.181 wich says: 1.Fix SIM card cannot be detected in multiple time zones!


I got this firmware on my phone, but the problems remains, so ASUS, i know that is a known problem !!!
PLEASE WORK TO FIX THIS SOON, THIS IS A FLAGSHIP !!!

Im From Curitiba,Paraná,Brazil By the way, here the asus centers dont helps too much ! this smartphone costed a lot to me, and doenst work

For the fourth time, my phone has no more service.
He went to repair 3 times (for the same failure) and now, for the 4th failure, I ask refund to ASUS.
It's been 7 days that my phone is supposedly in analysis before a possible compensation ...
Without any news ...
Since 6 months I have this phone, it will have spent almost 2 months in repair.
Asus customer service behaves with me as if I'm insignificant.
Asus, shame on you!
As soon as I have news of my phone I will initiate legal proceedings for hidden defects.
Ashamed! Indecent!

This problem is still under investigating.
Please kindly help me to remove the SIM card, restart the device then re-insert the SIM card for a check.

Hi my phone occur this problem too just a week ago when i restarted my phone.Recently i just updated to ZS620KL_WW_90.11.162.45 and the problem still occur,i live in Indonesia if that can help.I really need this problem to be fixed ASAP please.
