No network coverage... I bought this phone by Aug 2018. I always had low signal range. Then later on jan'19 there was no network when I call it showed switch off airplane mode. I done all the trouble suit but it was not rectified. Then I have been asked to give mobile for service then after 15days of regular follow up I got my mobile back. I found minar damages on my mobile I had no other option then accept it.

Now after 2months later 4/4/19 again network dead no signal at all and same complaint... After spending 30k for mobile I feel like I have not got a worthy product.

Now what should I do... Pls suggest me...

Hi Skr.vj20,

Did you drop your device by any chance?

Have you tried checking if the network is received in any other location?

Try checking with another sim card.

Please mention your RMA number.

Run SMMI test once and check.

Go to Calculator=>type " .12345+= "
you will be entered to SMMI_TEST

No I have not dropped my phone... It went of just like majic... I was holding my phone in my hand and all of the suden network dead.... This is how (on jan'19)last time also happened when I gave to service center they repaired and returned after 14 days...

I wonder if at all the product given to service center to get it repaired then after some time I may face same problem and I may be charged(billed)....

I have done test pls find the attached screenshot for.

I seriously disappointed by this purchase that too this is my first premium phone and the budget was too high to me... By trusting asus I am suffering

Can you please check this in safe mode once?

Long press power button> long press power off option> Ok> you will enter safe mode.

RMA number is teh case number you must have received in the job sheet when you visited the service center. Please provide us the same.

I don't carry that job sheet now. But I made complaint in Asus CC on 4/4/19 they have given complaint no. Through which you can get the details...

I done the test in safe made as well and it's same....

I also faced the problems twice once in Feb 2019 and another in March.  When I went to the service center in Andheri, Mumbai they made it ok within minutes.  Om both the occasions I was told that there was a loose contact and they made it OK by giving pressure at a particular spot.  The funny part is that they have not logged my complaint in their system, so ASUS will not have any clue what is happening.  Now my main camera is not focusing.  Now I regret buying this phone.
Even I am facing this no network issue after latest update received yesterday.
We were demanding Native Video Calling facility and hence ASUS gave us No Network..means no need of Native Video Calling.. 
Gr8 Job Asus...but please let me know without network what is the use of this Shit....

Even right now.. There is no network in my Asus 5Z. I am using WiFi which is working fine.
