“PAMUN initiatedmy MUN journey, and I will always be grateful for that.”

PAMUN 2014 was thefirst model UN conference I have ever attended. At first, I was overwhelmedwith anxiety since I didn’t have any MUN experiences then. However, the more I choseto speak up, the more I enjoyed the conference. I found our committeeproductive in proposing concrete solutions while balanced by both debate and compromise.Moreover, the conferences maintained outstanding academic and organizationalqualities.

My greatest gainwas definitely the friends I made during this conference. During the 4 days, wewent through several obstacles and achieved great results. We definitely bondedand still keep in touch with each other.

I also appreciatethe double delegation system, where my partner and I could take on separateroles, work with different groups and coordinate our work in a morecomprehensive way. I also find it reassuring to have someone with the samestance to discuss with throughout the process.

I see PAMUN as ameaningful and highly organized event. I strongly recommend each student, withor without experience, to participate in this conference. It may open up yourminds and influence you in significant ways.
