[Phone] How to do the factory reset on your phone

Note: Once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted from the device after the initialization.

Please follow the below steps：

1. Select the Settings.

2-1. For Android 7 and below：Select Backup & reset in Settings. Click Factory data reset.

*If you have a screen lock, you'll need to enter your pattern, PIN, or password.

2-2 For Android 8：Select System > Reset in Settings. > Click Factory data reset.

*If you have a screen lock, you'll need to enter your pattern, PIN, or password.

2-3 For Android 9 / 10 /11 /12 /13：Select System > Reset options in Settings. > Click Erase all data (factory reset).

*If you have a screen lock, you'll need to enter your pattern, PIN, or password.

3. Click the Reset device button.

4. Click Erase everything to confirm.

　Note 1 : Once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted from the device after the initialization.
