    Online Marketing Specialist
    Nationality: Vietnamese


    Diploma:
    BA/BS in business / marketing (Master Degree is a plus)

    Working experience:
    At least 2 years experiences in digital MKT

    Job Descriptions:

    Objective:
    Promote ASUS Brand & generate positive image by carrying out all aspects of online marketing through a range of different digital media.

    Daily job:
    • Work alongside with the Digital Manager to develop, execute & monitor online brand & product campaigns
    • Track campaign performance & monitor return on investment for the different online marketing campaigns
    • In charge of ASUS owned social media campaigns and/or applications and member engagement
    • Improve the content & usability of the company website
    • Manage internal tools to develop engagement with customers & increase their loyalty
    • Weekly reporting & analysis of online campaigns results

    Report to:
    Marketing manager

    Languages:
    • Good command of English
    • Mandarin is a plus

    Required skills:
    • Creative, passion for social media, new / digital technologies & eager to stay on top of the trends.
    • Good communication skills
    • Experience in social buzz & online execution & planning projects
    • Good data / digital analysis skills
    • Knowledge in 2D design (Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw) and/or HTML is preferred
    • Able to work independently & under pressure (respect deadlines)

    Job Descriptions:

    Objective:
    Promote ASUS Brand by managing and engaging with the online community to increase brand awareness and loyalty

    Daily job:
    • Work alongside with the digital manager to generate content for online community (Forums & social media group) & increase member engagement
    • Develop & execute the daily operations of online community activities: content creation, calendar & daily communication & strategy
    • Engage with Fans and Followers to build relationships with the community and encourage engagement
    • Responsible for KOL relationship development
    • Weekly reporting on online community engagements
    • Liaise with internal stakeholders to relay customer feedback insights gained from online conversations within the community

    Report to:
    Digital Leader & Marketing manager

    Languages:
    • Good command of English
    • Mandarin is a plus

    Required skills:
    • Creative, passion for social media, hunger for information & eager to stay on top of the trends
    • Technical skills & passion on computers and consumer electronics products are a must

    Commercial MKT specialist
    Working Location: HCM


    Job Descriptions:

    Objective:
    Increase ASUS Brand awareness in commercial markets (SMB, Mid-size businesses & Enterprises)

    Daily job:
    • Researching markets to identify opportunities for commercial MKT activities
    • Developing, coordinating and delivering commercial events (trade shows, seminars, trainings etc...) from proposal right up to execution
    • Responsible for content creation & production of commercial MKT materials (brochures, catalogues, product datasheet...)
    • Developing online commercial tools (microsite, newsletter...)
    • Liaising with designers & other commercial team members to deliver work on time
    • Post-activity evaluation (including data entry and analysis)

    Job Requirements:

    Objective:
    Ensure daily HR and Admin operation run smoothly in order to promote ASUS professional and healthy working environment

    Daily jobs:
    • Recruitment: Collecting Recruitment request for all department. Revising JD and Job positing for all positions, included Part-timer staff. Collecting CV by various tool and help for interviewing arrangement
    • Employee Engagement: In charge of organizing internal staff events such as Birthday, Charity, Year-end party, ...
    • HR Report to local authority
    • Administration tasks
    • Employee profile management
    • Other task upon request

    Job Requirements:
    • BA Degree
    • Able to communicate in English, Mandarin is a plus
    • Good at communication, special interpersonal skills
    • Creative Detail - Oriented

    Marketing Admin
    Location: Ho Chi Minh City (1)


    Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for the administrative work / documents of Marketing team: payment application and follow up with HQ & ASUS local suppliers (45%)
    • Preparing post-activities report (25%)
    • Coordinating suppliers, handling their queries and troubleshooting on the payment issues (25%)
    • Assisting Marketing Manager on daily job (5%)

    Requirements:
