    Account Manager (VIC Based)
    Your duties will include but not limited to:
    · Identifying new business opportunities: generating leads, registering opportunities, accurately tracking to meet required goals;
    · Working closely with Country Product Managers and Marketing Teams to develop areas of business for new product launches for existing and new product lines;
    · Working with marketing team for promotional ideas and execution into different types of markets including (Commercial, Retail, and Channel). This could be in the form of national promotion, dealer promotion, or internal promotions;
    · Developing strong relationships throughout the Channel Partners ensuring the compliance with the company Partner Program and fostering a well-developed relationship between all parties involved;
    · Synchronising marketing activities and promotions making sure stocks is in place for promotion at the right time;
    · Ensuring the customer is focusing on the right products for their targets markets;
    · Ensuring our product has great presentation within the retail shopfront through weekly report submission with photographs in alignment without shop deco templates;
    · Leveraging marketing budget to drive demand generation activities that generate the highest possible ROI;
    · Working closely with the internal Country Product Managers to delivery the best outcomes towards our set targets;


    To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:
    · 2-5 Years' experience in AU Channel at Vendor/ Distribution level
    · Previous experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Excel software
    · Great presentation and sales skills
    · Proven sales record within the Channel Commercial Segment for AU
    · Exceptional client service skills, outgoing personality, strong communication, and negotiation skills and effective at building relationships are a must
    · Excellent ability to work independently and under pressure with good time management skills
    · Remuneration package dependent upon experience.

    Channel Account Manager (Macquarie Park, NSW)
    Your duties will include but not limited to:

    Commercial Business Manager – Corporate/ Education/ SME (QLD Based)
    Your duties will include but not limited to:
    · Highly independent hunter with experience in IT Commercial market;
    · Establishing, managing, and executing development strategy for Education and Enterprise segmentation in the QLD and NT region;
    · Increasing the share of wallet within nominated resellers, and be able to generate the demand & profit to meet measurable targets;
    · Accountability for pipeline accuracy and weekly opportunity forecasting;
    · Providing key support for the development of strategies and all forms of marketing activities carried out by the team;
    · Developing and maintaining accurate account information & good relationships with ASUS distributors, solution integrators, solution providers, and end-users;
    · Working closely with the Manager to explore new business opportunities;
    · Liaising with internal product & account management personnel;
    · Other duties will include general administrative assistance to the team.


    To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:
    · Excellent understanding of IT hardware and being passionate about ASUS PC products
    · Minimum 5 years' Business Development experience with knowledge of Education and Enterprise vertical
    · Exceptional client service skills and well-developed negotiation & persuasion skills
    · Superb analytical skills and strategic profit capability are a must as is the ability to multi-task
    · Capable under pressure, good time management while able to work independently

    Digital Business Manager (Macquarie Park, NSW)
    Your duties will include but not limited to:
    · Developing strategic digital plans and implementing growth drivers through data and digital innovations. Ultimately driving conversion rate in e-commerce;
    · Working with cross functional and direct team to support e-commerce and digital activation, infusing data and digital expertise into business processes;
    · Building the consumer data lake solution to integrate and activate data from different sources and map out consumer journey, generating consumer insights, and proposing precision media with marketing team;
    · Ensuring desired User Experience of the website and online store including design & aesthetics, content, and navigation, performance, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns by working with marketing, digital IT and relevant stakeholders, locally and regionally;
    · Collaborating with product and account management team to optimise plan to further define growth;
    · Analysing and driving the effectiveness of precision media with performance marketing team. Maximising spend and understanding opportunities that drive customers recruitment and conversion;
    · Providing expertise on current Ecommerce industry best practices and ensuring Ecommerce principles are incorporated and are true to the desired brand and customer experience;
    · Managing and providing support to the day-to-day operations of e-commerce, product content, and promotional mechanism, consumer program and technical, in collaboration with cross functional teams like marketing, service and account management.


    To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:
    · Knowledge and work experience in E-Commerce, Digital Advertising and Performance Marketing
    · Knowledge in SEO, Web Development and Magento System
    · Experience with affiliate marketing and customer loyalty program
    · Strong IT vendor management expertise
    · Strong organizational, time management, communication, process orientation and problem-solving skills with multiple vendors and projects

    Commercial Lead Generation Specialist (Macquarie Park, NSW)
    Your duties will include but not limited to:
    · Building a pipeline of prospects on a national level;
    · Providing customer-oriented service by managing the needs of customers through phone/ email, LinkedIn and other mediums;
    · Developing and maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
    · Proactively prospecting for new clients and identifying leads;
    · Accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals;
    · Assisting in driving, developing new accounts, and monitoring market trends;
    · Attending to enquiries and generating quotations and proposals to customers with prompt follow up;
    · Monitoring for competitor analysis;

    To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:
    · 3-5 years’ experience in Sales
    · Previous experience in B2B, B2C phone based sales role
