How to redeem your complimentary subscription

Your complimentary subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud can be redeemed via the ASUS offer page, or the MyASUS app. Choose whatever way is easier for you!

Steps and instructions
When your new ASUS computer is first powered up, you’ll be presented with various Microsoft prompts. Once you’ve navigated these, the MyASUS app will launch for the first time.
Sign in or create an ASUS ID. Once you’re signed in, click “Redeem NOW!”.
* Remember to select “Register my product to my account”
You can also click “Redeem NOW!” on the pop-up page after, and then you will be directed to the redemption page at the Adobe website.
Sign in or create an Adobe ID, and then follow the onscreen instructions
Steps and instructions
Launch the MyASUS app on your ASUS laptop or desktop computer. Sign in or create an ASUS ID.
Once logged in, click the “Redeem Your Adobe Creative Cloud” icon on the User Center Page or Product page.
Register your product by applying the serial number on the package.
Once the product’s successfully registered, click “Redeem”. You will now be directed to the redemption page at the Adobe website.
Sign in or create an Adobe ID, and then follow the onscreen instructions.
Choose which type of Adobe offer you’d like to redeem first.

Click the “Registration” button and sign in to your ASUS member account. If you are not yet a member, click “Sign Up” to register.
Fill in the product serial number (SN) and upload a copy of the invoice of the purchased product.
A confirmation email with a unique Adobe Creative Cloud URL will be sent within 3-10 working days once your eligibility has been confirmed.
Click this URL and then sign in or create an Adobe Creative Cloud account, and then redeem your complimentary membership.

If I already have an existing Adobe account, do I need to create a new one to be eligible for this offer?
No, you may use an existing Adobe account to redeem the offer.
If I already have an existing Adobe Creative Cloud subscription, am I still eligible for the promotion?
Yes, if you already have an existing subscription for Creative Cloud All Apps for Individuals, an additional three months or one month will be added and will be activated after your current subscription has ended. If you have another Creative Cloud subscription that is not for Creative Cloud All Apps for Individuals (such as for an individual app or the Photography Plan) then your complimentary three-month or one-month subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps for Individuals will also be added and will be activated after that subscription is ended.
If I purchased multiple promotion-eligible devices, can I redeem the same subscription multiple times?
Yes, a user is eligible to redeem more than one subscription. Only one subscription will be provided for each eligible ASUS product. In the event a user purchases more than five eligible devices and attempts to redeem multiple subscriptions, ASUS may request the user to contact the Customer Support. An ASUS agent may then request proof of purchase for each of the qualifying devices. If the requested proof of purchase is not provided, ASUS reserves the right for customer-support agents to not link the user to the redemption page or terminate the subscription at any time.

What happens when the three-month and one-month subscription ends?
At the end of the three-month and the one-month subscription term, users may continue to access Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps for Individuals or another Creative Cloud product by purchasing a subscription at the current price. How do I redeem the complimentary Adobe membership if I purchased an eligible PC that doesn’t include an operating system?
You can redeem the complimentary Adobe membership via the redemption page on the official ASUS website. Just fill in the product serial number, check number and upload a copy of invoice.

As a special “Thank You!” for purchasing a ASUS device, ASUS has teamed up with Adobe to provide a three-month and one-month limited term subscription to “Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps, Individual” (the “Offer”). Before claiming the Offer, you should understand the terms and conditions governing this promotion (“Offer Terms”). The Offer Terms are in addition to ASUS’s Terms of Use Notice and Privacy Policy (our “Standard Terms”) governing your use of the ASUS services. You must create an account with Adobe and accept the Adobe Terms of Use to be eligible for this Offer. By claiming the Offer, you agree to these Offer Terms in addition to our Standard Terms. Capitalized terms used here but not defined have the meaning given to them in our Standard Terms. ASUS and Adobe reserve the right to terminate this Offer at any time
How to Participate
User shall purchase one (1) new and eligible ASUS product (refurbished products are not included) during the Promotion Period as defined below to participate in the Offer and claim either one (1) complimentary access to Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps, Individual membership for three (3) months or one (1) complimentary access to Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps, Individual membership for one (1) month. User may only claim one (1) Offer per Order (irrespective of the number of the eligible ASUS product ordered). This Offer can be combined with other, simultaneously running offers from ASUS or Adobe.
The User shall become a member of ASUS, log in an ASUS account and submit the serial number, the check number and the invoice of the purchased product to redeem the Offer. Once the eligibility is proved, the User will be directed to a redemption portal on www.adobepartneroffer.com (additional terms and conditions apply), where User will be instructed to select the Order and log in with or create an Adobe account. Unclaimed Offer will not be reissued to User.
Promotion Period
The Offer begins in Taiwan starting September 15, 2021 at 00:00 AM, CST and ends on August 31, 2023 at 11:59 PM, CST (“Promotion Period”).
Redemption Period
The Offer may be claimed between September 15, 2021 at 00:00 AM, CST and August 31, 2023 at 11:59 PM, CST (“Redemption Period”).
General Conditions
