2.Q&A

Q1:  What does the on-off LED light on the ASUS graphics card represent?
A1: The meanings represented by the illumination or flashing of the LED are as follows:

The status of the physical LED indicator lights on the graphics cardCorresponding meaningTrouble shootings
LED stays on continuouslyNote: For the description of the normal LED stays on continuously behavior of the graphics card power LED, please refer to the mechanism explanation mentioned above regarding the Power detect LED Action Mechanism;
If it is not the state as described above, it indicates an abnormality.
Step 1: Reinsert and reconnect the power cord, making sure it is securely plugged in.
Step 2: If the problem persists, please try replacing the power cord.
Step 3: If the problem still exists, please try replacing the power supply unit.
Fixed-frequency flashingInsufficient power supply (input voltage is lower than 10.8V)
Variable frequency flashing

Power supply anomalies include:

• Excessive current at a single pin (more than 9.2A)
• No current flowing through any pin
• If both voltage and current abnormalities occur simultaneously, current abnormalities will be displayed first, with a flashing warning at a non-fixed frequency.

Q2: If the graphics card output gets a black screen or abnormal screen during use, you can first check whether the LED light at the connection point of the power supply cable of the graphics card is constantly red or not?

A2: Please first make sure that the power supply cable of the graphics card is securely plugged in. If it is already plugged in, the power LED of the graphics card keeps red light, you can try replacing the power cable of the graphics card or try replacing the power supply that meets the power requirements of the graphics card.
