Q & A
Q1. Calibration failed. How can I troubleshoot to ensure successful calibration?
A1: To ensure calibration accuracy, the process must be performed in a stable environment. If calibration fails, it may be related to environmental stability.
.Please check that all components inside the chassis (such as fan screws, liquid cooling brackets, or drive cages) are securely fastened to avoid vibration interference during calibration.
.Ensure the computer is placed on a stable, flat surface, and perform the calibration again when the system is under low load and minimal vibration.
Q2. The software keeps showing alerts. How can I resolve this?
A2: The default threshold for Level Sense detection is set to 0.3. If the threshold is set too low, external environmental factors may trigger frequent alerts.
You can adjust the threshold based on your specific usage environment.
