You can request your data erasure and portability right under ASUS’ privacy practice by below application. Please refer to ASUS Privacy Frequently Asked Question for privacy related issue.

After clicking on one of below identities, you need to login your ASUS/ ROG Account and/ or proceed email authentication.

*To erase/ download your ASUS Cloud Member data, please contact ASUS Cloud Corporation at https://asuscloudsupport.asuswebstorage.com/hc/en-us.

*If you ever provided personal data to ASUS with more than one of below identities, please file separate applications with each different identity.

*To protect your privacy, ASUS will only accept applications filed by yourself.

*Your application cannot be cancelled once it has been submitted. ASUS will respond to your application approximately within one month.

*If you would like to simply remove ASUS product registration record (rather than erasure of the whole ASUS/ROG Account), please logging in your ASUS Account/ ROG Account ( https://account.asus.com/ ) to remove it from “My Product” section instead of filing a data erasure application here. Please note: If you choose to file a data erasure application of ASUS/ ROG Account, in addition to product registration record, other personal data related to your ASUS/ ROG Account and its membership will be deleted as well.
