[NUC] Como corrigir o código de erro "Não é possível acessar a unidade compartilhada com o código de erro: 0x80004005" ao acessar uma unidade NAS com o kit NUC NUC8i5BEK

Resolução

O erro 0x80004005 está relacionado à configuração do sistema operacional.

Siga os passos abaixo para resolver:

  1. Configure o sistema para usar IPV6 ou IPV4 dependendo da sua configuração de rede.
  2. Redefina o Windows* Sockets.
    1. Clique no Botão Iniciar do Windows.
    2. Digite CMD.
    3. Clique em Executar como Administrador na opção Prompt de Comando.
    4. Digite netsh winsock reset.
  1. Verifique se o Suporte de Compartilhamento de Arquivos SMB 1.0/CIFS está habilitado em Recursos do Windows.

Se o problema persistir, recomendamos verificar com o suporte da Microsoft para obter ajuda com a configuração.
