3.Fix the issue that while we InstantOn boot to OS, and enter S4, then press power button to resume from S4, and the system will abnorm
4. Modify the OS Passive Cooling Threshold from 100'C to 95'C

Update EC firmware to "100B5F"

1. Keep the original supervisor and user password settings if it select "No Save & Exit" or "Discard Change" in setup menu.
2. Fixed the Quiet Boot item can select if user access level is "View Only"
