Q1: How do I update my headset firmware via the Gear Link app?
A1: The update method varies by product model.
In-App Update Support: Check the settings page for a "Firmware Update" section.
No In-App Update Support: If the section is missing, please download the update via the web version of Gear Link.

Q2: Why can't the Gear Link app find my device?
A2: 
(Bluetooth): Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is on, then restart the Gear Link app to search again.
(USB Wireless Receiver):
iOS: Due to OS limitations, USB wireless receiver mode is currently not supported.
Android: Re-plug the USB receiver and ensure you allow Gear Link to access the device.
