Resolución
Intente lo siguiente para resolver este mensaje / problema de error (verifique después de cada paso si se resuelve el problema):
- Realice un restablecimiento de red
- Presione Tecla de Windows + x
- Haga clic en Conexiones de red
- Haga clic en Configuración avanzada de red (en Windows* 11)
- Haga clic en Estado (en Windows* 10)
- Haga clic en Restablecer red
- Desinstale el adaptador inalámbrico y Bluetooth del Administrador de dispositivos, y luego realice una instalación limpia de ambos controladores (Bluetooth primero).
Si ambas opciones anteriores no logran resolver el problema, puede ser necesario un "Restablecimiento" o "Reinstalación" del sistema operativo. Para obtener más ayuda, puede comunicarse con el soporte de Intel con el botón a continuación.
