  • Q3.The store didn’t stamp the store branch (or the stamp is unclear) on my warranty card.
    • If your warranty card is not stamped or the stamp is unclear, the store stamp on the invoice must be clear.
  • Q4.If the computer is for personal use but the receipient of the invoice is a company, how should I fill out the information?
    • On the customer’s receipt, please enter the user’s name in the “Name” field, and the name and unified number of the receipt’s recipient in the “company line number” field.
  • Q5.My computer is purchased for family use, but my family does not have email (or is not good at its operation); can I complete the application for them?
    • If gifts are not applied for by the applicant, please be sure to verify the information of the applicant of event registration and the information of the contact person; such information must be consistent with the information filled by the customers on the receipt.
  • Q6.The store only gave me a receipt with “computer supplies" or “computer” without specifying the model number; what should I do?
    • If the dealer did not indicate the purchase model on the purchase invoice and cannot match the model on the warranty card, you can contact the dealer and ask the dealer to provide the purchase details (can be either the purchase order or delivery order) of this invoice and you can start the application once the purchase details are verified and approved by the events group.
  • Q7.The store only gave me a purchase order (or receipt) with no invoice, can I still participate in the events?
    • The events require a copy of the purchase invoice and warranty card as proof; if you want to participate in the events, please obtain an invoice that meets the requirements of the events from the store.
  • Q8.How do I check the event status and whether the gifts have been sent?
    • You can log in to the website of ASUS and check application status at the member inquiry page.
