Le dispositif n'est pas reconnu par le logiciel USB 3.0 Boost sous Windows 8.1 ou la mise à jour de Windows 8.1.
A: Si le client fait la mise à jour de Windows 8 à Windows 8.1 ou à sa mise à jour, c'est possible que l'ancienne version du logiciel USB 3.0 Boost ne fonctionne plus correctement. Afin de résoudre ce problème, veuillez réinstaller le logiciel ou visiter le site officiel d'ASUS pour télécharger la dernière version du logiciel et veuillez redémarrer le système d'exploitation après avoir fini l'installation du logiciel.
*Les exigences de la version du logiciel USB 3.0 Boost:
Pour le AI Suite II-USB3.0 Boost, la version requise est 1.05.18 ou une version plus récente que celle-ci.
Pour AI Suite III-USB 3.0 Boost，la version requise est 1.06.20 ou une version plus récente que celle-ci.
