announced the all-new ASUS – Google Meet hardware kit, a smart
video-conferencing solution that enables stunning HD visuals.
The original
ASUS – Google Meet hardware kit first launched in 2014, delivering a simple and
intuitive video-conferencing solution. After the success of this product, ASUS
is excited to continue working with Google on a redesigned hardware kit that
delivers an enhanced user experience.
The new ASUS
– Google Meet hardware kit includes the compact ASUS – Google Meet Compute
System, which is designed with a magnetic chassis for easy installation and the
ports all on one side for efficient cable management, while the slim design
allows for installation in environments with restricted access. To ensure
long-term reliability under prolonged use, the newly designed Meet Compute
System is built and tested to exceed industry requirements.
The ASUS –
Google Meet hardware kit also comes with a touchscreen control panel for
one-touch meeting management and a high-quality, dual-purpose speakermic that
employs echo-cancellation and noise-suppression technologies to deliver
crystal-clear audio. Additional speakermics can be easily daisy-chained to
ensure that, even in larger rooms, everyone can hear and be heard. ASUS –
Google Meet hardware kit’s 4K UHD camera captures crisp visuals in a 120° field
of view to ensure that everyone gets into the shot — with coverage that extends
to 250 square feet.

This new ASUS – Google Meet Compute System is redesigned from the ground up to enhance modern digital lives, and it is the hub that brings together the ASUS – Google Meet hardware kit video-conferencing solution. Powered by an Intel® Core™ i7 processor and with support for 4K UHD video, it also offers dual-band 802.11ac WiFi, and extensive connectivity options that allow the device to be connected to multiple displays simultaneously. The modern magnetic-chassis design with wall-mount make it easy to attach to the back of a monitor or up to the wall for a clean, tidy setup. In order to ensure reliability and stability, the newly refreshed Compute System is tested with strict criteria that exceed industry standards. A new desk stand is also now included to accommodate any type of installation.
