[Windows OS] Internet Explorer-browser ondersteuning beëindigd

Microsoft heeft aangekondigd dat de desktopapplicatie Internet Explorer (IE) 11 de ondersteuning voor bepaalde besturingssystemen op 15 juni 2022 heeft beëindigd.

Klanten worden aangemoedigd om over te stappen naar Microsoft Edge met IE-modus. De IE-modus maakt achterwaartse compatibiliteit mogelijk en wordt ondersteund tot ten minste 2029. Bovendien zal Microsoft een jaar voordat de IE-modus wordt stopgezet, hiervan op de hoogte stellen. Ga naar hier voor meer informatie.
