[NUC] Why Is the NUC Not Connecting to the Internet?

Resolution

To fix the issue, please follow the next steps:

  1. Update the Gigabit Ethernet Network Connection Driver and the Wireless Technology–Based Driver
  2. Perform a Network device Reset.
    1. Right-click the Windows menu button, navigate to the Device manager.
    2. In the list of devices find and expand the Network Adapters section.
    3. If you are using an Ethernet connection - right-click the  Ethernet Connector and choose Disable Device, wait for a couple of minutes and then enable the device.
    4. If you are using a Wireless connection - right-click the  Wireless adapter and choose Disable Device, wait for a couple of minutes and then enable the device.
  1. Reboot your Access point device.
  2. Try connecting to a different network if possible to test your device.
  3. If the above steps don't solve the connection issue, contact ASUS Customer Support.
