Q1: I enabled the watermark feature. If I accidentally remove the AI ExpertMeet app, will the watermark still appear when using the camera?
A1: Yes. To disable it, you need to reinstall and open AI ExpertMeet, then turn off the watermark in Video Watermark and Screen Watermark.
Q2: Why is my AI Translation Subtitles recognition not very accurate?
A2: AI Translation Subtitles requires a quiet environment. Please move your computer to a quieter place before using it.
Q3: Can I import a video into AI ExpertMeet and export an audio-only file?
A3: Yes. AI ExpertMeet supports this.
Q4: Why does AI Meeting Minutes take so long to recognize successfully?
A4: Make sure the device is connected to power and High Performance mode is enabled. Large files also increase recognition time. You can pre-trim large files to speed up recognition.
Q5: Besides memory capacity limits, will single-channel vs. dual-channel memory affect AI ExpertMeet performance?
A5: If your laptop is not connected to the power adapter, please connect it before continuing to use AI ExpertMeet. If your laptop uses an AMD platform processor, dual-channel memory can improve performance. If your PC has only one memory module and supports expansion, it is recommended to visit an ASUS service center to add memory for a better experience.
Q6: AI ExpertMeet crashes when I open it. How can I fix it?
A6: We recommend uninstalling and reinstalling AI ExpertMeet. Please refer to: 8. How to Download and Update AI Expert Smart Meetings
Q7: Why does my ExpertMeet have no cloud features?
A7: Please check the following in order: Confirm the model is a new 2026 model and ASUS MyExpert is installed. Confirm you are signed in to a cloud account and the current environment has an internet connection. Confirm your personal cloud quota still has available balance.
Q8: If the network disconnects during processing, will it still count against my usage?
A8: Yes. Even if the network disconnects during processing, cloud computing that has already started will still be counted. Before using cloud features, please ensure the network connection is stable for the best experience.
Q9: Can I still use ExpertMeet without subscribing to cloud services?
A9: Yes. Even without a cloud subscription, you can still use ExpertMeet’s basic features and run meeting-related operations via the on-device AI model, without affecting the core experience.
Q10: What is the difference between the Basic plan and the Pro plan?
A10: The Basic plan uses the on-device AI model and all processing is completed locally on the device. The Pro plan uses a cloud AI model, enabled via subscription, and provides a more advanced meeting experience.
Q11: Do ExpertMeet and ASUS MyExpert use the same cloud account?
A11: Yes. ExpertMeet and ASUS MyExpert share the same cloud service account and password. After signing in, you can use related cloud features.
Q12: After changing to a new PC, can I continue using the cloud service?
A12: Yes. As long as the new model supports ASUS MyExpert and you sign in with the same cloud account, you can continue using the subscribed cloud services.
Q13: How can I confirm whether I’m using the cloud AI model or the on-device AI model?
A13: After signing in, go to “Settings” > “Plan” to check the current service plan. The Basic plan is the on-device AI model, and the Pro plan is the cloud AI model.
Q14: Do different features consume different amounts of cloud usage?
A14: Yes. Different cloud features may consume different amounts. Actual consumption depends on the feature type and computing workload.
Q15: What happens when I run out of cloud usage?
A15: When cloud usage is exhausted, cloud features will be temporarily unavailable. You can still switch to the on-device AI model to continue meeting-related functions.
Q16: After enabling AP, a prompt pops up saying “System anomaly detected”?
A16: Please confirm the system time matches the network time. If it still occurs, please contact customer service.
