Color Insight

Color accuracy is measured by ΔE; lower values mean more precise colors.

A high color gamut monitor (e.g., 100% sRGB, 99% DCI-P3) shows more colors.

Calibration ensures your monitor displays true colors over time.

Delta E < 2 is considered “professionally accurate.”

Monitors with hardware calibration maintain consistent color across sessions.

True 10-bit panels show smoother gradients than 8-bit panels.

High brightness doesn't equal accurate color; calibration matters more.

Wide-gamut monitors are essential for print and video work.

Poor color accuracy can lead to wasted time correcting images or designs.
