Google One Membership Subscription Bundle - Terms and Conditions

 

To help more users unlock AI-powered productivity and secure cloud storage, ASUS has partnered with Google to provide a limited-term Google One subscription with a three (3)-month free trial (referred to as the “Offer”). These terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) shall apply in addition to ASUS’s Terms of Use Notice and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Standard Terms”). In addition, you must have or create a Google Account and accept the applicable Google Terms of Service to be eligible. By redeeming the Offer, you agree to both the Offer Terms and the Standard Terms. Capitalized terms used in the Offer Terms but not otherwise defined shall have the meaning given to them in the Standard Terms. ASUS and Google reserve the right to modify or terminate this Offer to the extent permitted by applicable law, at any time in their sole discretion without prior notice and shall not be held liable for any such modification or termination.

 

1. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

To claim the Offer, the User must own one (1) eligible ASUS product (refurbished products are excluded) during the Redemption Period (as defined below). Upon qualifying, the User may claim a complimentary three (3)-month free trial of either (i) Google One AI Pro, or (ii) Google One AI Plus, according to the eligible ASUS product the User registers. Each eligible product (identified by its serial number) entitles the User to one (1) Offer redemption, and only one (1) Offer may be claimed per product, on a first-registered basis. The Offer is personal to the registering User and does not transfer with the product.  If the User returns the eligible ASUS product, the product’s eligibility may be invalidated, and the User will not be entitled to claim or receive the Offer. This does not apply if the User exercises its legal rights under the applicable consumer protection laws because the eligible ASUS product is faulty. If the Offer has already been redeemed, Google may cancel the associated subscription. Redemption is subject to Google's applicable offer terms and eligibility requirements, including limits on the number of redemptions per Google Account.

The User must be a MyASUS member and log in to the MyASUS app to redeem the Offer. Once the User’s eligibility is verified, the User will receive an exclusive redemption link,  which directs the User to the redemption portal on the Google website, where the User will be prompted to sign in to the User’s Google Account, enter a valid form of payment, and tap Subscribe to complete the redemption and begin the trial membership.

 

A valid form of payment is required to activate the trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically renew and the associated Google Account will be charged at the then-current price for the applicable Google One plan. The User may cancel at any time through the User’s Google Account. Billing, renewal and cancellation are handled solely by Google and subject to Google's terms.

 

2. PROMOTION TERRITORY

The Offer is only available in regions where Google makes the applicable Google One plan accessible to its end users. Users located outside the regions listed below will not be able to redeem the subscription. The eligible regions differ by plan, as set out below.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Offer begins starting August 10, 2026 at 01:00:00 AM, UTC-07:00 and ends on August 10, 2027 at 01:00:00 AM, UTC-07:00 ("Promotion Period").

 

4. REDEMPTION PERIOD

The Offer may be claimed between August 10, 2026 at 01:00:00 AM, UTC-07:00 and September 10, 2027 at 01:00:00 AM, UTC-07:00 ("Redemption Period").

 

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Offer is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any cash equivalent. If the Offer becomes unavailable for any reason, ASUS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the Offer with an alternative of comparable or greater value. Any taxes and duties arising from the Offer are the User's sole responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ASUS shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, claims, costs or legal proceedings incurred or suffered by any individual as a result of their participation. In addition, ASUS is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or delays that may affect your ability to claim the Offer. ASUS’s decisions on all matters related to the Offer are final and binding.

 

6. VIOLATION

ASUS reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity and authenticity of any proof of the purchase of the eligible ASUS product. ASUS also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual whom it reasonably believes has breached the Offer Terms and Standard Terms, tampered with the claim process, or engaged in any fraudulent or unlawful behavior, or other improper misconduct intended to compromise the fair and proper execution of the Offer. ASUS may, at its discretion, accept errors and omissions. Failure by ASUS to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. ASUS fully reserves its legal rights to seek damages or other compensation from any offender.

 

7. SURVIVAL

If any clause of these Offer Terms should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

 

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

User understands and agrees that the Offer is being provided “AS-IS,” and ASUS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ANY OFFER OR THE PARTICIPATION OF THE USER IN THE OFFER. Nothing in these Offer Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee or warranty, which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. The Google One service is provided by Google and governed by Google's terms; ASUS is not responsible for the provision or quality of the Google One service.
