The ASUS Perfect Warranty is designed to provide comprehensive protection against unexpected accidents that standard warranties don't cover. This includes:
- Liquid Damage: Accidental spills on or in the device.
- Electrical Surges: Damage caused by power fluctuations.
- Accidental Damage: Screen breakage, drops, falls, or other collisions.
Exclusions: Please note that this warranty does not cover theft, loss, natural disasters (such as fire, flood, or rain), or any intentional damage. All claims are subject to verification by ASUS technical staff.
Your laptop comes with a 2-year International Warranty for hardware defects. In addition, the ASUS Perfect Warranty provides "Local Accidental Damage Protection" during your first year of ownership.
- Coverage Start: Begins on the date of purchase.
- Duration: Lasts for 12 months.
- Limit: This accidental coverage can be claimed only once per product during that first year.
Yes, you can extend your protection through ASUS Premium Care.
Yes, the ASUS Perfect Warranty and Premium Care require registration.
-
How to register: You can do this through the MyASUS app pre-installed on your laptop or via the ASUS Member Portal.
-
Time Limit: You must register your product within 90 days (in some regions, 60 days) of the purchase date to activate the accidental damage coverage.
If you cannot find the sticker on the bottom of your laptop, you can find it digitally through different wyas:

No. Official ASUS policy states that the manufacturer's warranty and Premium Care packages are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser. Please refer to Limitations of Liability in support page.
The main differences lie in duration and cost coverage:
- Standard Warranty: Covers 2 years international warranty + 1 year perfect warranty for local area.
- ASUS Premium Care: This is an upgrade package. It can extend your total warranty to 3 years and, depending on the tier, can add a second year of accidental damage protection or on-site repair services. Check Premium Care for More Details.
You do not need to purchase it separately; the standard warranty and the first year of Perfect Warranty are automatically included.
If you want to extend this coverage, you would then buy "Premium Care" via the MyASUS app or the ASUS store. Check Premium Care for More Details.
*Service and warranty coverage may vary depending on different product line and region.

Yes, for standard hardware defects. Most ASUS laptops come with a 2-year International Warranty.
- How it works: You can take your laptop to an authorized ASUS service center in any country that supports the International Warranty program.
- Exceptions: Accidental damage coverage (Perfect Warranty) is often Local Only and may not be available outside the country of purchase.
You have three ways to request a repair under warranty.
- MyASUS App: The fastest way. Open the app, go to "Customer Support," and select "Repair Service."
- Online Support: Visit the ASUS Official Support Site to start an RMA request.
- Walk-in: Visit an authorized Service Center in person.
The standard turnaround time is typically 7 to 14 business days. This depends on:
- Availability of replacement parts.
- Shipping time (if using a courier).
- The complexity of the repair.
Yes, but it will be a "Paid Service." Once the warranty expires, ASUS can still repair your device, but you will be responsible for:
- The cost of spare parts.
- Labor/Service fees.
- Two-way shipping costs.
- Walk-in Centers: Usually do not require an appointment, but it is highly recommended to check the local service center's hours first.
- On-site Service: If your warranty includes "On-site" repair, you must schedule a time with a technician via ASUS Support.
