[Phone] Screen protector may cause display error when answering the call

If you have a screen protector on your phone and encounter problems below:

When the phone is not close to your ear and the screen immediately locks after answering the phone.
Screen still locks after the call ends.

Please note: A screen protector with no hole over the proximity sensor position may lead to a malfunction of the proximity sensor. Please remove your screen protector and re-confirm if the problem still exists.

We recommend you to use genuine screen protectors sold by ASUS.

As for the position of the proximity sensor, which may be differ between models, please refer to the red areas marked in the pictures below:
