[ZenFone/Pad] I can't hear the caller on the phone

Please follow the steps below for troubleshooting:

1. Press the Volume Up key to increase the volume during a call.

2. Receiver Test: " Support" > "ZenUI Help" > "Device Care" > "Receiver Test"

3. Connect your phone with a bluetooth headset to test.

4. Dial another number to test if your receiver works well.

5. Reboot your phone.

6. Update the firmware to latest version: Go to Settings > About > System update > Check Update.

7. Access Safe Mode : By long pressing the Power key > Tapping and holding Power Off > Tapping OK. If your phone works well in Safe Mode, there may be some 3rd apps that are causeing the malfunction. Please reboot your phone and check again.

8. Backup your data and perform a Factory Data Reset.
